Exercise=Mood Changer
12:35 PMYou know how sometimes you wake up in s bad mood. Well that was today.
My little girl woke up so early and I just wanted to stay in bed. But I had a choice. I could be "mean mom" and let my grumpiness start our day out poorly or I could do something about it.
So while she ate breakfast I choose to get my workout in. It made such a difference. We are now off to the park! Exercise does amazing things besides burn calories. Maybe it's all the endorphins.
I'm so glad I choose to change my mood instead of letting it rule my day! What are you going to choose?
