Nido Qubein said the following: "Whether you are a success or a failure in life has little to do with your circumstances ; it has much more to do with your choices. "

I just love this. It helps remind me that no matter where you are, YOU can make the choices needed to be a success or failure.

I hope that we all consider our choices carefully so we can achieve success. I am choosing today to eat clean and get my workout in so I can succeed in living a happy health life.

Remember ALL our choices add up and lead us somewhere. What are you going to choose?
